We conduct preconstruction meetings with all subcontractors prior to engaging on-site. During this step, we encourage the subcontractor to layout their expectations for us, express any concerns they have, discuss project timeframe, material lead times, and resolve potential issues before they happen. In conjunction with our team of project managers and field supervisors, together, we implement a strategic plan in order to ensure your project runs efficiently and smoothly from start to finish.
