Delivery Methods
- General Contracting: This service is provided for the private sector and publicly funded projects. We supply the labor, material, equipment, and services necessary to complete your project. Providing scheduling, on-site supervision, record-keeping, permitting, abide by all local codes, and oversee your project until final completion.
- Design-Build: This method includes all the benefits of the General Contracting delivery method but also includes your input during the design phase and gives you only one point of contact from start to finish of your project! This method allows the owner to be heavily involved from initial inception. Change orders are generally reduced due to ongoing budgeting, and there are no pricing surprises due to miscommunication and the value engineering process.
- Construction Management: Our team also offers a variety of construction management delivery methods. Construction Manager as Agent, Construction Manger at Risk, or Construction Manager as Constructor.
Jobsite Safety
Everyone returning home safely at the end of the day is priority number one. This includes TD Construction employees, owners, architects, subcontractors, and visitors.
To ensure we deliver every project as safely as possible all projects will begin with a preconstruction safety review as a proactive approach to minimize events before they occur. At this point, we will analyze the project for it's unique challenges and also implement, create, and approve all necessary equipment, design features, and layout of materials.
All on-site superintendents will have a completed OSHA 30-Hour certification and first aid/CPR training; all necessary PPE will be provided and worn as required at all times including hard hats, eye protection, body protection, foot protection, hand protection, respiratory protection, hearing protection, and fall protection. All projects will also receive random safety inspections, equipment and machine checklists, and daily logs of hazardous work.
All parties play a vital role and have a great responsibility to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
